Usage
See how many people use the platform each day, how often they sign in, and which Items they open most.
This page helps you see how much the platform is used. This tab shows only numbers. It does not say who did what, and it needs the viewUsage permission. See Who can open it.
Choose a time range
Click 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or 365 days at the top. The page opens at 30 days. The numbers update every 5 minutes. See the last time at Updated.
The numbers at the top
People today, People, last 7 days and People, last 30 days count people who did anything that has a recorded Activity, such as signing in, opening or editing an Item. One person counts once. These numbers do not change with the time range you choose.
The charts
- Active people per day and Sign-ins per day have one bar for each day.
- Active people per hour shows only when you choose 7 days.
Hold the mouse over a bar to see the number, or click Show as table under the chart.
The most-used Items
The Most-used items table shows at most 10 Items, sorted by the number of people who opened them. An Item that has been deleted has "(deleted)" after its name.
