Export data
Download the records of a table, view or collection as a CSV or GeoJSON file
Use this page to download records as a file. Everyone who can open the item can export it.
Download a file
- Open the table, view or collection.
- If you want only some records, search or filter first. See Search, sort and filter.
- Click the Export icon in the toolbar.
- Choose CSV or GeoJSON.
The file opens in a new browser tab. It is named after the item and ends in .csv or .geojson.
The file has every record that matches the search and filters, in the order you chose, not only the page you see. If you did not search or filter, the file has every record.
CSV
- The first line is the fields' display names, in the order of the schema, without hidden fields.
- The file is UTF-8. Values are in double quotation marks, separated by commas.
- A date is
2026-12-31, a date and time is2026-12-31 14:30, and a time is14:30, in the Bangkok time zone. - A Boolean that is True is written
TRUE. One that is False is left empty. - A geometry is WKT text, such as
POINT (100.5 13.7). - A relationship field is the value of the display field. A list of values and attachments are values separated by a comma and a space.
GeoJSON
The file has one Feature for each record. The record's ID and geometry become the Feature's, and the other values become properties named after the fields' display names. It works with point, line and polygon collections.
