Find and open forms
Find a form in the list, then open it to fill in or edit.
This page helps you find a form in the list, then open it to fill in or edit.
The list of forms
Form Studio's home page shows every form you can open as cards. The first card, Create a new, is for creating a new form. Scroll down to load more forms.
Search for a form
- Type part of the form's name in the Search items box.
- Press Enter.
To see all the forms again, clear the search and press Enter.
See only your own forms
The menu beside the search box is set to Owned by anyone. Change it to Owned by me to see only the forms you created, or to Not owned by me to see the forms others shared with you.
Open a form
Click the form's card. The form opens ready to fill in. See Fill in a form.
To edit the form, press the pencil icon, Edit form, under the form's name. This icon is only there for people who have permission to edit.
