Form Studio
Build forms that store data in a table, share them with the people who fill them in, and see the answers.
Form Studio is for building forms for people to fill in. Each answer becomes one record in your table.
Open Form Studio
- Open the Launcher and press Form.
- If you are not signed in, press Sign in.
Form Studio opens at the list of every form you can open.
Make a form step by step
- Create a form and choose the table that will store the answers.
- Add components such as a text box, a date or a map.
- Share the form with the people who will fill it in.
- The people filling it in open the form and submit data.
- See the answers in the table.
Who can do what

People filling in the form do not need any permission on the table. But the form's owner must be an Item organizer or higher on that table. If not, nobody can submit data. See The primary table must let the form write data.
