Open Data Studio and learn the screen
Use Data Studio to create databases and tables, then add, edit, search, import and export records.
Open Data Studio
- Click the Launcher icon at the top right of any app, then choose Data.
- If you are not signed in yet, click Sign in.
If it says "An error occurred while fetching tokens.", click Retry.
The screen
- The left sidebar shows your databases and the ones shared with you. Click a database to see the tables inside. At the top are the Search database items box and the New database button.
- Tabs: every item you open gets its own tab. You can have several tabs open at once.
- The workspace: if you open a database, you see the items inside. If you open a table, you see the records.
- The top right has an icon to change the language to English or ภาษาไทย, and the Launcher icon.
Words used in this manual
| Word | Meaning |

| Database | Where tables, views and collections are kept. |
| Table | Records that have the same fields. |
| Collection | A table where every record has a point, line or area on a map, in the Geometry field. |
| View | A result calculated from other tables. Read-only. See View. |
| Record | One row of data in a table. Some text on the screen calls it "data". |
